Dogs gone bananas!

Next time you are in the produce department in your local market, take a closer look at the fruits and vegetables. You will find that many fruits and vege's can be made into animals. And why would you want to make your food into animal shapes? Because it's FUN! Here's a dog made out of a banana with black eyed peas for the eyes and a dog made out of broccoli.

Warm Weather Safety

Keep Your Dog Safe in the Summer Heat

Never leave your dog in the car unattended. Despite the many warnings about this, each summer brings numerous accounts of dogs that become sick or even die of heat stroke because they were left in a car. Even if it does not seem that hot outside, the temperature inside the car can rise to dangerous levels within minutes. If you absolutely must bring your dog with you on errands, make sure you bring another person who can stay in the running, air-conditioned car with your dog. Otherwise, do your dog a favor – leave her at home.

Whether Mike is taking Dagwood for a long walk or just around the corner he always carries a water bottle for Dag. Please remember to bring water for your favorite fur friend.
